Is it really notable trivia that Morty is the only male Ghost-type Gym Leader given that there are only two Ghost-type Gym Leaders? Gastly's mama 22:47, 4 December 2008 (UTC)

Well that's not particulary notable. However, out of all the Ghost-type specialists (Agatha, Morty, Phoebe, and Fantina), Morty is the only male. --ケンジのガール 03:37, 5 December 2008 (UTC)

He does, but it's either brown eyes and the lines are making them blue, or they changed to blue, and the lines are making one brown. R.A. Hunter Blade 23:00, 9 September 2009 (UTC)

Morty's Gengar

Given that every gym leader in the PWT is guaranteed to lead off with a particular Pokemon (in this case, Morty's Gengar), it wouldn't be out of the question to not only consider making a page for the Gengar in particular, but for a trainer's 'signature Pokemon' in general. Ok well let me make my case : Gengar is Morty's walking Pokémon in the anime, his Signature Pokémon in the games, anime, and everyone of his manga incarnations except in adventures (he has yet to appear in HGSS Chapter) and in the anime he made three episode appearances only one episode in which he battled (EP182) and in and the others saved Ash's Pikachu in a "A Ghost of a Chance" and in "For Ho-oh the bell tolls" he helped Morty to look for the bells.Glalie Power (talk) 06:30, 20 July 2012 (UTC)
