Wireless

Can the wireless connection on a DS be turned on and off with a switch or is it permanently "on"? Taromon777 11:49, 2 June 2009 (UTC)

Could we possibly add the DS that Nintendo released that are Pokémon themed/oriented? for example, the Girantina DS

http://www.pokewiki.de/Pok%C3%A9mon_Tsuri_Taikai_DS Go to this page. Should we add a page about this game?ŚĥîΠŶPî₭₳ĉĥŭ 21:50, 3 August 2009 (UTC)

You mean this? It's Japanese only, occurring only once in an event... also temporary... ht14 21:53, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
Yes, that. Idk if it's worth a page, but we should atleast mention it. I had no idea it existed until i stumble upon it on Pokewiki. ŚĥîΠŶPî₭₳ĉĥŭ
Well, serebii.net does have information on this fishing game. The title they use is "PokéPark Fishing Rally", if you're interested. Given that the Japanese side and the French side also have articles on this little fishing game, we should at least consider doing the same...--Shiningpikablu252 03:20, 4 August 2009 (UTC)

GBC Compatibility?

I want to borrow Pokémon Crystal from my friend to play on the DS, but first I want to know: can the DS play Game Boy Color games? DarthMartian7 23:08, 30 July 2010 (UTC)

No, it doesn't. It does say that in the instruction manual. たかはり 23:15, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
For the record, the GBA slot on the DS is designed in such a way that a Game Boy/Game Boy Color game pak will not even fit in the slot--only GBA games and DS accessories that use the GBA slot (i.e. Rumble Pak, Guitar Grip, etc.) do. --Shiningpikablu252 23:16, 30 July 2010 (UTC)

Hipotesis

If I have a Pokémon Emerald, A Pokémon FireRed with the requeriments of the trade between both acomplished, two DS, can I make a trade. If that so, I guess it should be mentioned on the article. --Igor 00:49, 4 June 2012 (UTC)

You cannot use an GBA communication features when in a Nintendo DS. --SnorlaxMonster 14:12, 14 June 2012 (UTC)
