Rules
Are the rules and policies on the Pokémon Wiki same or different than ours? I saw that a bunch of Pokémon that weren't notable in getting their own articles ended up getting them, such as Paul's Hariyama and some Pokémon belonging to Characters of the day. PattyMan 20:41, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
- Since we are a diffrent wiki we do have diffrent rules and policies. I don't think another wiki (excpecially Pokemon Wiki) should influence the way the rules are here already. Note that many of their Pokemon pages like Paul's Hariyama has little to no information in it either. --Pokemaster97 21:06, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
- From what I've seen, they really have no notability policy. People are free to make whatever they want in regards to anime characters. The thing there aren't that many people who want to contribute to it. And the ones they pick to work on are sometimes not as notable as another they decided not to work on. It's sort of random what they make. --ケンジのガール 03:41, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
- Well, that explains the lack of information in some of their pages. Also, some of that information matched serebii's. I know we're not allowed to copy content from him but are they? PattyMan 18:46, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
Skins
Should images of the site's skin (Monobook and Wikia/Oasis skin) be included? I know it's probably not important. I've based the changes I made to this article on the ones I made to the Zeldapedia article on Zeldawiki.org
So uh... yeah, just wondering. And should anything be included that mentions anything about the administrators other work cross-Wikia? --Jazzi 21:17, 11 April 2012 (UTC)
Additionally, the way the administrators are listed currently just looks, well sloppy, I feel it should be bulleted instead of listed in sentence form. --Jazzi 01:37, 12 April 2012 (UTC)
- No. We will not bullet the list, and you have no power here. The less said about Wikia here, the better.--Muk-a-matic-Maketh the Muk go round... 01:42, 12 April 2012 (UTC)
- I'm am well aware that I have no power here. It was simply a recommendation to make the list bulleted. I figured since it was bulleted before that it was supposed to be bulleted. --Jazzi 01:44, 12 April 2012 (UTC)
- I see no problem with bulleting the list. Muk your anti-Wikia stance shouldn't interfere with the neatness of an article. Your already breaking several Code of conduct rules and it needs to stop. --Pokemaster97 01:47, 12 April 2012 (UTC)
- Excuse me Muk, but that statement you just made was extremely uncalled for. You haven't got any more power than Jazzi does, so stop acting like you're dominant. I'm making an official Code of Conduct warning here. Cool it and play nice. ★Jo the Marten★ ಠ_ಠ♥ 01:51, 12 April 2012 (UTC)

Name change to Pokémon Wiki (Fandom)?
Considering that they don't call themselves "The Pokémon Wiki", could I suggest moving this to "Pokémon Wiki (Fandom)"? It's the accurate name of the wiki nowadays? -- PanchamBro (talk • contributions) 13:42, 19 June 2021 (UTC)
Physical Appearances of Human Characters
Ever notice that Bulbapedia only describes the physical appearances of Pokémon species but not human characters aside from hair and eye color, but not hairstyle and clothing (apart from the anime clothing section), while Pokémon Wiki (fandom) actually does? - unsigned comment from Jjliang (talk • contribs)
