Talk:Pokémon X and Y beta
The Shiny Gogoat isn't a Shiny Gogoat
The colours were distorted because the 3ds used was in power saving mode iirc. So I request that the shiny Gogoat section be removed.--BigBadBatter (talk) 01:35, 19 February 2014 (UTC)
Active-mode Xerneas in box?
I'll have to do a bit of hunting to find the original, but this has part of a pre-release screen showing Xerneas in active mode in a box (not sure if PC or Bank). I might be wrong, but I don't think that's possible in the actual game, as active mode only happens when Xerneas is in battle, right? Yamiidenryuu (talk) 00:20, 2 October 2014 (UTC)
Mega Latios and Latias?
Mega Latios and Latias have just been revealed, almost a year (I think?) after a hacker found them in X and Y. Since you can't pass mega stones down from the new games to X and Y, should this be added to the list? Or should we wait a little bit to see if Nintendo have any plans for an event? - Since the stones for them exist in X and Y's code, you should be able to trade them from ORAS to XY, like you could with any other mega stone already in those games. But for all we know Nintendo will distribute them to XY as well as ORAS in the future. Yamiidenryuu (talk) 13:58, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
- I did read somewhere that you wouldn't be able to pass down stones from ORAS to XY, which does make a bit of sense since some new mega evolutions such as mega Pigeot might not be in XY's code. But then again I read this MONTHS ago, so that might not be true anymore. Best we have someone check for us. - unsigned comment from PixelMuffin (talk • contribs)
- I don't remember hearing that myself. It might have been speculation rather than anything official. But yeah, wait and see. Yamiidenryuu (talk) 03:15, 13 October 2014 (UTC)

We seem to be missing a few things...
At the moment, the only things on the page are things seen from promotional (is that the right word?) trailers, but nothing that is found within the code. I've got an article from The Cutting Room Floor that pretty much covers this, could someone look at this and consider adding these to the page?
