Signature Move

Is this really Krookodile's signature move? Why can it be bred onto Pokemon that aren't in Krookodile's family? Just a question. --DarkShinyLugia (talk) 23:33, 12 December 2016 (UTC)

The definition of signature move allows for other Pokémon inheriting the move via breeding; for example, Pay Day is Meowth's signature move, yet it can be bred onto Purrloin. —Minimiscience (talk) 23:38, 12 December 2016 (UTC)

Power Calculation

According to Serebii, "Increases damage by 100% for each stage a stat has been increased by the user" Should I put this on the page, and cite Serebii? - unsigned comment from Bootyzipperooni (talkcontribs)

No. For a variety of reasons (such as Serebii being an unreliable source and the webmaster specifically requesting we don't use that site's information), we cannot add content to the page based on information from Serebii. --SnorlaxMonster 09:57, 11 January 2017 (UTC)

Power trip scaling

"actually power trip does more damage the more your stats are raised OVER YOUR OPPONENTS, so it can be weakend by raising your own stats"

I saw this as a comment on a youtube video, but how true is this statement? Does raising my Rillaboom's atack lower how much damage Corviknight's Power Trip does?

Before someone says it, I dont want to hear any "oh Power Trip is a physical move so by raising your defense you're making it weaker". I'm only counting boosts that arent defensive

That is not how Power Trip is known to work - the only boosts that matter are ones of Power Trip's user. YouTube comments aren't the best source of information; perhaps that person just used defensive boosts or some other inconsistent method. Itan (talk) 17:01, 14 November 2021 (UTC)
