Avoiding Trainers
It might be worth noting that in Gen. 3 (I haven't confirmed it in Gen. 4) NPC trainers that rotate or change the direction they're facing will immediately face the player's direction if you attempt to run past them. Smythe 03:06, 24 January 2010 (UTC)
- Yeah, it's in Gen. 4 too. I just tried it in Platinum. I'm going to stick it in the article. Smythe 00:43, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
FireRed and LeafGreen error
I distinctly remember that a player with Running Shoes travels at the same speed as a player on a Bike, in FireRed and LeafGreen. Can anyone confirm this, or add other games to which this is applicable?

- Nope, but it might as well be. I did the calculations and the bike is 1.33x the speed of running, and running is twice the speed of walking. Here is a video comparison I made. I would've personally had the Running Shoes be 1.5x or 1.75x the speed, but have running indoors. Easyaspi314 (talk) 00:35, 27 January 2017 (UTC)
