Just did a little test in game: Chatot level 52, no iq, no recruitment equips Went to Shimmer Desert and had partner kill Groudon Still recruited him
According to pages here, Groudon has a -10% recruitment rate and lvl 50-59 Pokemon have a +10% recruitment bonus. Obviously this equals 0% making it impossible to recruit Groudon. But I did.
Since no one really is paying attention to these errors, over the next few weeks, I'm going to take it upon myself to update most PMD Explorers pages. I will be using the Prima strategy guide for Explorers of Time/Darkness and the Prima strategy guide for Sky as my sources. According to the Sky version, the recruitment rate is a set 50% unchangeable.
