These episodes are officially referred to as ポケットモンスター サイドストーリー Pocket Monsters Side Stories (for the episodes that are actually referred to like that). However, I would not object to a title sans Pocket Monsters if it is deemed excessively wordy. --Abcboy (talk) 05:58, 16 November 2015 (UTC)

Pocket Monsters Side Stories even has an opening sequence which has been used since at least 2012. Bluesun (talk) 06:56, 26 September 2016 (UTC)

Another thing I should point out is that once the next mainstream series begins airing, we will be having a naming problem for all of the individual episode numbers (Side story ↔ Sword & Shield), so that probably needs to be resolved pronto. Toadette the Achiever (talk) 13:39, 21 March 2019 (UTC)
