Talk:Special move
Description
- A Special attack is one in which the user does not necessarily have to make contact with its opponent in order to deal damage.
Moves such as Earthquake etc. don't involve the user making contact with the opponent either. This doesn't distinguish special attacks from physical attacks. - Jshadias 19:28, 6 Aug 2005 (CDT)
Should it be then, moves that require the use of brute force, or something along those lines? That's a good point, though. I hadn't considered that. --Greengiant

- Of course. Here. Now sign your posts, kid, it's really irritating to not know who did what. TTEchidna 18:49, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

List
We should put a list of Special, and do the same with the status and physical moves. - unsigned comment from HenryXYZ (talk • contribs)
Question on editing.
Given that the following article is a stub I would be interested in expanding. It may be a nice touch to expand by including a chart on Special Attack moves (and then the counterpart on Physical attack moves), but this is already on the wiki at List of moves. I was just wondering if I should make another chart based on that information of just make a link. Thanks, it is appreciated... Alexandrondon (talk) 00:24, 1 January 2014 (UTC)
