Whiscash actually does NOT learn the most psychic moves of any non-psychic type Pokemon; that honor goes to Stantler. This should be changed. - unsigned comment from Victreebong (talk • contribs)

Changed. For the record, in Gen IV Whiscash learns 4 psychic moves and Stantler learns 11. Werdnae (talk) 02:17, 20 April 2010 (UTC)
