Issue with line return

This template seems to be causing layout issues in some of the pages and tables it is used because of the unnecessary line jump or line break that is sometimes inserted. For example, see:

• List of events in Pokémon GO#Local_events (all features Pokémon)
• Special_Research#Investigate a Mysterious Energy (Espeon and Victini rewards)

The way absolute alignment works here is a bit strange. It's something that would normally have no problem with HTML, but may have unexpected results when mixing in with wiki-specific conventions. The extra blank line here is needed to make sure the Shiny/Shadow icons don't drastically misalign. For tables, you need to include a new line after each pipe (|). As for the events page, I'd just say not to use this template with bullet lists or indents. TehPerson (talk) 23:27, 12 October 2020 (UTC)

Need for new subscript icons

Currently the template has support for a couple of side icons:

• shadow
• shiny
• purified

Due to Kanto Tour and Spring 2021 collections there is a need for a couple of additional icons (bottom left side icon at the same place where shadow or purified icon is located):

• evolve or evolved (added during Kanto tour)
• trade or traded (added during Kanto tour)
• event (added during Spring 2021 collection)

Not that I know of (I do not have permissions to upload images). As of 2021/06/16, new requirements have been added to the collections in the game : See Text Update - 16-06-21 - New Mini Collection Challenges, Galar & Alolan Pokedex Entries, Shadow Ho-Oh Research and more.:

• caught from raid
• shiny (different from the current shiny flag in this template, will probably get its own "shiny" (sparkle) mini-icon).

also "event" should be named "costume" instead. So maybe the template needs a more throughout rewrite to handle those new flags. JaxomNC (talk) 00:24, 16 June 2021 (UTC)
