should we include him too? considering that he did own a pokedex before and is based on a game rival and play a somehow important part in the manga. -Pokeant 10:24, 7 May 2011 (UTC)

I once asked that question; never got a full answer though. But...the answer is no. Wally never truly owned a Pokedex or a starter, and those are the requirements to be a main character in this series Ataro 10:35, 7 May 2011 (UTC)
