Feraligatr is Samuel Nakaoka's first and former Water-Type Starter Pokemon and the first Johto Pokemon member.

Gloom → Bellossom

Bellossom is Samuel Nakaoka's former Kanto/Johto members and one of the three Gloom caught in Safari Zone. Unlike two Gloom that recently caught, she is always cheerful and enjoys bouncing around or tackle anyone. However, she is strong fighter that can compete against powerful Pokemon like Drake's Venusaur and Tobias' Entei.

After evolving into Bellossom and seeing Bailey's Belle and Bella dancing as she performs a somersault and help Bella to overcome its problem, Samuel Nakaoka decide to let her dance with Belle and Bella by giving his Bellossom to Bailey. Later at the Sinnoh, Bailey temporarily returns to Samuel Nakaoka after watching Samuel Nakaoka's battle at the Sinnoh Conference.

Ursaring is Samuel Nakaoka's second Johto Pokemon member. At first as Teddiursa, he is manipulative Pokemon that would pretend to be cute to humans in order to steal their food and blame it on their Pokémon. It is eventually evolved into Ursaring, thus no longer able to use its charm on humans with ease. Though Ash and the others are scared and tries to tell Samuel Nakaoka to run away from him, Samuel asks Ursaring to come along with him and Ursaring happily agreed with him and he caught him much to Ash and the others' surprise.

Although he retains Teddiursa's personality that can steal food, he is the great fighter with speed and power.

Raikou is Samuel Nakaoka's third Johto Pokemon member after being caught by Samuel Nakaoka after he saved it from Team Rocket and learned that he risks his life to protect it. Raikou is a strongest Johto Pokemon that competes against strong Pokemon like Harrison's Blaziken and Tobias's Latios.

The Shiny Gyarados, also known as the Red Gyarados is Samuel Nakaoka's fourth Johto Pokemon member after being caught by Samuel Nakaoka when he learned that he used the forbidden Dragon-Type move and Croconaw and Lance's Dragonite defeated him before he thanking him for calming him.

Tyranitar is Samuel Nakaoka's fifth and the final Johto Pokemon member after the Egg hatches and caught by him after he was saved from Team Rocket.

Hoenn Pokémon

Swampert is Samuel Nakaoka's second Water-Type Starter Pokemon and the first Hoenn Pokemon member, replacing Feraligator after he released him to the wild in order to protect the Wild Pokemon from the Pokemon poachers like Rico. During on Hoenn, Tenki Archipelago, and Sinnoh, he is the strongest Water-Type Starter Pokemon that goes up against Tyson's Meowth, Miyaka's Palkia, and Tobias' Reshiram.

Swampert is the main battler during in Hoenn, Kanto, and Tenki Archipelago arcs before he staying on the Tenki Village.

His recent moves are Water Pulse, Dynamic Punch, Iron Tail, and the powerful trump card, the Hydro Cannon.

Poochyena → Mightyena

Mightyena is Samuel Nakaoka's former Hoenn Pokemon member that was originally belongs to Mrs. Grimm as Poochyena, but he was forcibly removed away by her parents. However, he's running away from Mrs. Grimm's parents in efforts to find Mrs. Grimm. At the Rustboro City, he was found by Samuel Nakaoka and Roxanne that both realize Poochyena wants to find his owner. After saving him from Team Rocket, Samuel caught her with his Poke Ball.

As Samuel enters the Verdanturf Contest with May, Poochyena sees Mrs. Grimm, but he realizes that she seemingly hates Pokemon. When Mrs. Grimm tries to tell her son, Poochyena gives himself a recognizable howl to his owner, who is able to recognize Poochyena and he evolves into Mightyena.

After the contest, Samuel decided to say goodbye to Mightyena for Mrs. Grimm and happily reunite with his owner. Before Samuel and the others left, Mightyena gave himself a tearful, happy howl to his trainer as Samuel tearfully waved goodbye.

Later, he reunites with Samuel at the Grand Festival. Despite almost loss the Grand Festival battle against Robert, he learned Counter to defeat Milotic, winning the first Grand Festival.

Golduck is originally Misty's second Pokemon that has been caught until he evolves into Golduck when he saved Samuel Nakaoka in the lake by finally able to swim and used his moves properly and become Samuel Nakaoka's ninth Hoenn Pokémon from the Kanto region.

Hisuian Samurott is Samuel Nakaoka's third Post-Ash's Journey Pokemon. Originally he used Oshawott and Yucie from Anime World to train as sparring partners to help them to find Ash. When Oshawott sensing Yucie and Glenda are in danger when Team Rocket attacked the castle in Petite Princess World and his scalchop was broken in half, he decide and used his broken scalchop as two swords and evolves into Dewott to protect them. Later at Pretty Cure World (Glitter Force World in the dub), Dewott activates his Ability Torrent and evolves into an ancient regional form: Hisuian Samurott to protect Cure Aqua and Dark Aqua.

Mew is Samuel Nakaoka's sixth and final Post-Ash's Journey Pokemon. It is also revealed that Mew has met Ash and his friends, even Goh are met is the same one that Samuel Nakaoka didn't loses his memories.

After Ash left and mysteriously disappears without a trace during event of Pretty Cure 5 arc (renamed Glitter Force 5), Mew fell ill before Samuel Nakaoka finally met Mew for the third time. He quickly realize and recognizes Mew when it touches his cheeks (who also recognizes him). When Samuel Nakaoka protect Mew from Team Rocket, it gladly accepts and caught himself with his Master Ball. Samuel Nakaoka shows Mew to Prof. Oak and become extremely excited for catching Mew for the first time. During event of Star Twinkle! Pretty Cure arc (renamed Glitter Force Twinkles), Samuel and Mew activates their new power into Prime Mew, similar to Ash used Bond Phenomenon on Greninja and defeats Taqui and his Bisharp by Psycho Cut and Genesis Supernova combo thanks to their new power by using Reflect Type changes the move's Types. After the battle, it reverts back its base form.
