My current favorite Pokémon (in no particular order):

  • Hoppip

Reason: It looks like it’s so stupid. Look at those eyes. No thoughts, head empty. It weighs 1.1 pounds because its brain is so small.

  • Drizzile

Reason: I had one for a while (I don’t often have time to play SwSh), and I just think it’s cool. Its design definitely looks better in the game than in the official art.

  • Aromatisse

Reason: It’s small and fluffy and fancy. I want it as a pet. I think it would be like having a cat with the face of an owl that could do fancy lady poses. It would also make me lose my sense of smell. I do not care.

  • Happiny

Reason: Its Pokédex entries are literally the cutest. Its rock is like a little baby doll. Sometimes it gives its little rock to people. It likes to play house. It’s the closest Pokémon to a human child and it’s adorable.
