Diana's Squawkabilly (Japanese: ダイアナのイキリンコ Diana's Ikirinko) is the second Pokémon that Diana was known to have.
History
Squawkabilly debuted in The Future I Choose, where it rested on Lucca's shoulder as she talked with Friede regarding its Trainer's whereabouts. Later, it flew off into the sunset to eventually return to Diana in Galar. In Reunion at the Ancient Castle!, it encountered Liko, Roy, and Friede as they approached Hammerlocke and showed them the way to the ancient castle where Diana was staying at.
In the next episode, Squawkabilly tried to help Liko and Roy escape the Explorers's advance on the castle. After Liko and Roy were safe, Squawkabilly returned to its Trainer's side. Afterwards, Squawkabilly and Diana joined the Rising Volt Tacklers on their travels.
Personality and characteristics
Squawkabilly shares a strong bond with its Trainer, often riding on Diana's shoulder and being one of her oldest partners, with her since much of her journey as an adventurer around the world. It is also capable of mimicking human speech, often calling out Diana's name whenever it needs to gain her attention, or sharing its Trainer's views, such as calling Tepen a fraud for his scamming antics. Squawkabilly also seems to have a good relationship with Diana's daughter Lucca, spending some significant time with her in Paldea, far away from Diana's then-residence in Galar.
