Rei Murayama is a planner who has worked at Game Freak since 2018. He has been involved in the Pokémon series starting with Pokémon: Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee, and served as a team lead on the Pokémon Sword and Shield Expansion Pass. He was responsible for the berry trees and gym puzzles on Pokémon Sword and Shield. He was one of the directors of the Hidden Treasure of Area Zero.
