Each series Team Rocket trio uses various motto animations. Since XY series it keeps the same whole series.

EP002	It shows space background, then hologram Team Rocket logo flies in, becoming a Team Rocket logo rock with battle start animation and Jessie, James and their Pokémon appearing like a sent out Pokémon, reciting the final lines of motto.
EP003	It shows white background and silhouettes of Jessie, James and Meowth appear from wind. At "Jessie! James!" lines it shows their faces. Then it shows them standing in front of big Team Rocket logo, reciting final lines of motto and when they end it, there is explosions at the background.
EP005	It shows violet background with white bubbles and Jessie and James. Camera hovers between them.
EP006	It shows purple background with white bubbles with Jessie reciting her line and blue with bubbles with James reciting his line, then it shows space background with them both reciting final lines.
EP007	It shows purple background with white bubbles and Jessie with James, holding blue rose, reciting their lines. At "Jessie! James!" lines it shows their faces. Then it shows blue background and, similar to EP002 motto, Team Rocket logo flies in and becoming a rock, background changes to sun and sea and Jessie with James, still with rose, appearing from nowhere and reciting their lines.
EP008	It shows white background with Jessie and James reciting their lines, camera hovers from down to up. Then, it shows purple and blue backgrounds, recycled from EP006 motto and ending, recycled from EP002 motto.
EP009	It shows white background, like in previous ones, with Jessie and James, camera hovers near them. After this it shows them from far view in smoke. Then it shows their faces and background switches to space with rolling Team Rocket logo and Jessie with James. When it stops rolling space background switches to another one.
EP013	It shows Jessie in limelight, then James' face and them back to back in limelight. After this it shows purple with yellow background for Jessie reciting her line and blue with yellow for James reciting his line. Then it switches to rainbow colored background and when they saying their names it becomes blue and white and purple with white for them both reciting final lines. In the end it shows their faces.
EP019	It shows blue and white background with silhouttes, then it shows, that it is Jessie and James and background switches to purple with white bubbles. When they saying their names it shows their faces and background switches to white with yellow bubbles for James' line. After this it shows purple background again and them from far view. At the final lines background switches to white and Meowth jumps in.
EP020	It shows green with white background and Jessie reciting the motto.
EP022	It shows pink background for Jessie and James reciting their lines and switches to pink flowers for them both.
EP025	It shows blue flowers background with Jessie's arm, then it shows James' arm holding red rose. After this it shows both Jessie and James from far view and, later shows their faces. After this it shows them from far view again with Meowth jumps in.
EP028	It shows space background with roses. Stairs appear from nowhere with Jessie and James standing on it. Then, it shows their faces with green with red roses background.
EP029	It shows blue and yellow background with pattern with James holding Jessie on shoulders and reciting their lines with camera hovering from down to top. Then, it shows golden Team Rocket logo at the blue background with twinkles, after this it shows their faces at the blue background.
EP033	It shows their faces at the shiny backgrounds.
EP035	It shows white background with Jessie and James. Then, it shows their faces on blue backgrounds.
EP036	It shows white background with Jessie, James and Meowth performing random tricks on unicyles.
EP037	It shows Meowth on red background with limelight, then it shows Jesssie and James on the same background, reciting their lines. In the end it shows their faces at the white background.
EP040, EP046	It shows bubbles background with Jessie and James reciting their lines and after this it shows their faces, recycled from EP022 motto.
EP041	It shows Jessie and James in limelight.
EP042	It shows their faces with red background for Jessie and blue for James. Then it shows their eyes on blue background.
EP045	It shows Jessie and James at the space background with camera hovers from down to up, then, limelight turns up. After this it shows them at yellow background with red bubbles and black with blue lasers. Then, it shows Meowth on green background with yellow pills. After this it shows them and their Pokémon at the black background with lasers, them on background with bubbles, recycled from EP022 motto and them on blue and yellow background. In next scene it shows them with lasers and then, it cuts to Team Rocket at the space background standing at the Earth and singing. In the end limelight turns on.
EP047	It shows Jessie and James at the black background with yellow laser and twinkles, then it shows them at blue background. In the end it shows them at the yellow background with Meowth jumps in.
EP051	It shows red background background for Jessie and green for James.
EP052	It shows Jessie on the background, recycled from EP040 motto. After this it shows James and Meowth at yellow background with bubbles. In the end it shows them all at pink background with bubbles.
EP053	It shows Jessie and James at the orange background reciting the motto.
EP056	It shows red background with bubbles, then, at "Jessie! James!" lines it switches to blue. In the end Jessie and James reciting the motto at first background and Meowth jumps in in the final.
