Pokemon goes worldwide.Since the first Gen.,it came to Romania.First,they were stickers. Then the show came on Animax,and then on TVR1.After this,the Pokemon games from the first two generations came.Suddenly,in 2001 children were crazy after Pokemon.They we're buying 10 packets of stickers per day.These stickers were coming with CHIPITA chocolate croissants.Children and even dults were wearing T-shirts,were playing games and collecting stickers.After the 2nd Gen, Pokemon in Romania was not known anymore,only by past fans.In 2008,Pokemon DP debuted on Jetix with Pokemon Diamond and Pearl and Pokemon Diamond and Pearl:Battle Dimension. When Pokemon:Diamond and Pearl Battle Dimension was released,a competiton started on a Jetix microsite.The prizes were figurines and a Nintendo DS with Pokemon Diamond.You had to watch everyday the new and the old episodes to see the Pokemon of the day and put it in the same day on the site.On 19 September 2009 Jetix transformed in Disney Channel and didn't aired Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Galactic Battles and after it.However,you can buy from Romanian stores Pokemon Ranger,Pkatinum,Diamond,Pearl,Mystery Dungeon 2,Mystery Dungeon Blue and if you are lucky, Pokemon Ranger 2.Also,there are not many places with Nintendo Wi-Fi in Romania, and the games air late,so in Romania there are not so many trades and not too many legendary Pokemon on the games from Wi-Fi events.
