Shipping

Please stop removing information regarding the fandom's attitude towards shipping. People begging us to get rid off all the shipping articles after all these years infers that the fandom as a whole does not like the idea of shipping characters.--ForceFire 05:15, 20 February 2023 (UTC)

Well, --ForceFire 05:15, 20 February 2023 (UTC) Mr. ForceFire I am very active in the fandom and I very commonly see people discuss shipping, so to say that the idea of shipping has "Died down" would be inaccurate. A better way to put it would be something like "Parts of the fandom have historically been against the idea of shipping, but it is still discussed in some spheres." - unsigned comment from ASIZZLE (talk • contribs)

Firstly, don't continuously revert an edit, it falls under edit warring and is a blockable offense. Secondly, shipping still being discussed here and there is already mentioned on the article: "conversations about them only occurring in small pockets of the community."--ForceFire 10:26, 21 February 2023 (UTC)

Shipping article

Thank you for your contribution to the Shipping article! I brought your edits up to the staff at large, and your change had support from even Bulbapedia's webmaster! I've gone ahead and removed the line from the page, and I apologize on behalf of staff for any hard feelings this experience may have caused.

Talk Page signatures

Just informing you for future reference, but you shouldn't copy other peoples signatures on talk pages when replying to messages from them, Simply indenting your reply with a colon (:) below the comment you want to reply to is enough. The signature is used as reference when somebody posted a comment to see who posted what and when. Mimicking the signature of other editors makes the conversation harder to follow, and confusing when you put it after something an editor didn't write. At the same time, when you write a message you should also sign off using 4 tildes (~~~~) at the end of your message this also lets other editors know which talk page comments came from you :) -- 4iamking (talk) 20:42, 21 February 2023 (UTC)
