By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Update

Hi Berrenta,

I moved my Deer page to your Trophy page, which can be viewed here (odd... weird space, sorry about that...). Just a friendly reminder in advance to use the preview button. If need be, I usually copy and paste my data into a Word document, so it's easier to read and whatnot. Any other questions, feel free to ask. ht14 01:23, 26 November 2012 (UTC)

Okay, thanks for letting me know. I'll be sure to add my other tables sometime later in the week as well. Take care! Berrenta (talk) 02:03, 26 November 2012 (UTC)

Moves that partially trap

Thank you for your help on the "Moves that partially trap" pages! ;) They are much better than mines. --Blinx9999guizar (talk) 04:10, 27 November 2012 (UTC)

No problem. Adjustment on your contributions was rather minor (just remember that trapping moves can come from either side), but there were other things I had to adjust, too, like links. Always willing to help where needed. ;) Berrenta (talk) 04:17, 27 November 2012 (UTC)

Event tables

I would just like to point out a few corrections that should be made to event tables, but your help is appreciated. The Generation section of the template is no longer used, instead it uses the games available which use the template gameabbrev3. The second thing is the linking, Pokémon that were distributed at multiple locations (such as Eevee or Keldeo), each location should be listed separately (for example if it was distributed in France and Germany, it would have two different entries). Another thing I noticed is the distribution dates, which should be the entire period of time it was distributed and not just the year (for example The Gotta Catch 'Em All Station! Eevee would be February 21 to 27, 2003). The last thing is the PGL listing, which is done just like the other events with the only difference being the location which is listed as [Language] PGL (for example the Lucario that was available to Japanese games would be Japanese PGL). If you have any further questions fell free to ask me or SnorlaxMonster. Thanks for your help. Lady Ariel 01:13, 8 January 2013 (UTC)

Okay, will keep that in mind. Thanks. Berrenta (talk) 01:34, 8 January 2013 (UTC)

Funfest Missions

Whoa, once again, you've read my mind. Here's my information for Funfest missions... I'm missing a lot clearly, but maybe you could add on to it as well? I'll keep it as my page for now, but feel to modify it any way you want. ht14 02:48, 25 January 2013 (UTC)

I may see what I can do. Got school to deal with, though, but hopefully I can get something to add there in the meantime. Berrenta (talk) 02:58, 25 January 2013 (UTC)

Goronda

http://bulbanews.bulbagarden.net/wiki/New_Pok%C3%A9mon,_Gym_Leaders,_Team_Flare_surface_in_CoroCoro Sorry the link didn't work as I wanted it to. Mr.Anonymous (talk) 13:32, 11 July 2013 (UTC)

So it was confirmed. Thanks for clearing that up! Berrenta (talk) 13:48, 11 July 2013 (UTC)

What is

Berrenta what is a userspace and mainspace? --Oshastar656 (talk) 18:07, 10 August 2013 (UTC)

A userspace is an area where those that are at least autoconfirmed can create for themselves. Mainspace is where the main articles are located, such as those for individual Pokémon species, anime/manga/game characters, and many others. Berrenta (talk) 18:12, 10 August 2013 (UTC)

Biology Rewriting

Hello. I just wanted to stop by and thank you for your hard work rewriting the Pokémon biology sections. Your help with this project is very appreciated, and you've been doing a great job with it. Keep up the good work! Crystal Talian 04:14, 16 August 2013 (UTC)

Hey, no problem. I admit that there were rough edges I need to smooth out, but I am willing to improve as you may have noticed. Berrenta (talk) 13:10, 16 August 2013 (UTC)

Dialga Event

Do you have proof of attending a GameStop (ex. a promotional poster for the event) to get Dialga or a self obtained image of the its summary screen? I am just wondering because you added its OT as "SMR2013", but a leaked distribution cartridge for the US distribution has "SUM2013" for the OT. Lady Ariel 01:28, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

There wasn't a promotional poster offered in the GameStop I went to last time I checked, but I did get a Wonder Card for the event, and I still have the Dialga with me. Checking the OT, and it appears that I typoed. Says SUM2013, not SMR2013, so you were right. *headdesk* Will fix it if you haven't done so already. Berrenta (talk) 01:36, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
I can show proof that I got it by taking a picture of the Wonder Card and sending it to you, if you want. Berrenta (talk) 01:39, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
I don't need the image since you have checked the OT yourself. An image would have only served as a type of confirmation. I think I have also fixed it on the two pages where the OT would be listed. Thanks for checking. Lady Ariel 01:43, 21 August 2013 (UTC)
No problem. Take care! Berrenta (talk) 01:45, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

Tony

I linked it to [[Tony]] instead of {{dec|Tony}} because the Nidoran with that nickname doesn't have an article. It is just a redirect to Ralph (Orange Islands). Kind of like how Jet from the Pokéathlon is named just Jet instead of Jet (Johto). PattyMan 15:27, 25 August 2013 (UTC)

Makes sense. Well, thanks for letting me know. Berrenta (talk) 17:02, 25 August 2013 (UTC)

Hi!

Hi! Can I add more lyrics to the third ending theme "Fantasy in my Pocket" please? There are websites showing the extended versions of this song... can I please add more words to it? (Fuwanati (talk) 00:39, 15 September 2013 (UTC) Fuwanati)

I am not the one who can answer that question. Try directing that question to Project Music's leader, Umeko, or if you don't hear from her, an admin. Berrenta (talk) 00:51, 15 September 2013 (UTC)

Congratulations!

Your Trophy page has made it to the mainspace! Feel free to keep contributing to it. It's a good page. Thanks for making it! MaverickNate 14:04, 28 September 2013 (UTC)

Well, thanks for letting me know! I'll do the best I can. Berrenta (talk) 14:09, 28 September 2013 (UTC)

Crustle and dig

I believe the definition of dig is something like burrowing into the ground. plus if that isn't enough to prove it why to the three wild dwebbles in the episode count for using dig when they did the exact same thing - unsigned comment from Rahl (talkcontribs)

Only if it's confirmed to have that move, it would it be added. Don't assume it used Dig just because it burrowed into the ground; it may be natural behavior for the species. If you insist the move was used, bring it up on the appropriate talk page. Berrenta (talk) 18:18, 29 September 2013 (UTC)

AG104

I obviously know that they were Normal-Types, otherwise I would have added it to the errors section. I thought it was curious that both of them became Fairy-Types, so that the Pokémon Trainer's Choice would be without sense now. Reading it I don't think that it can be interpreted wrong, sorry if it actully did.--CiaobyDany (talk) 11:31, 16 November 2013 (UTC)

We could ask someone (like an admin) about it, but I highly doubt that it will be accepted, especially when we have, for example, Tracey's Marill and Dawn's Togekiss. Their species had their types changed, but since the previously mentioned mons appeared prior to Gen VI, the Fairy typing did not apply. Won't hurt, though; either you or I can ask and see who's right. Berrenta (talk) 13:10, 16 November 2013 (UTC)
Looking through the Trainer's Choice page, I think we can revert that edit back to yours, with a few touch-ups. Berrenta (talk) 13:21, 16 November 2013 (UTC)

{{status}}

When you're updating links to the status condition page, don't forget that {{status}} can be used to link to specific sections on that page. This also ensures that articles focusing on specific conditions are linked to rather than just their section on the parent page.--Cold (talk) 01:20, 23 March 2014 (UTC)

Noted, though I usually try to implement that template when I can. Was trying to purge the amount of redirects, but will keep that in mind. Thanks for the reminder, though! Berrenta (talk) 01:23, 23 March 2014 (UTC)

Template draft

Is there a chance I could get a staff member (yourself or otherwise) to look over this template to see if it can be moved and used in List of Pokémon Conquest characters? I noticed that page is using nothing but raw tables. Schiffy (瀬藤健二) (Talk Contribs) 21:43, 4/3/2014 (UTC)

Looks pretty good to me. However, since I'm a newly added staff member, we'll see what the other staff thinks of it. Berrenta (talk) 22:05, 3 April 2014 (UTC)
I had figured you'd want to, but I still asked you first since you were the most recently active staff member. Thanks for giving it a look, anyway. Schiffy (瀬藤健二) (Talk Contribs) 22:11, 4/3/2014 (UTC)

Recent edits to type pages

Before TheSilentHero continues, I noticed something. In his calculations, he's including Megas and alternate forms (i.e. counting Darmanitan on Fire twice). So aside from using a comma in place of a decimal, he's also going about his calculations completely wrong. Schiffy (瀬藤健二) (Talk Contribs) 18:41, 4/7/2014 (UTC)

Sorry, I thought you meant you counted Mega's and alternate formes by saying "counting forms and Mega Evolutions that change typing as different Pokémon". However, the current percentages are way off, being 150,2% when added up. TheSilentHero (talk) 18:43, 7 April 2014 (UTC)
First, TheSilentHero, we do not use commas for decimals. Second, I wasn't the one who decided whether something counts or not, so we may need to bring this to the editorial board. I may go through the type pages and check the total percentages. Berrenta (talk) 18:48, 7 April 2014 (UTC)
OK, I'll stop changing them. When I can edit my userpage, I will post my calculations there. TheSilentHero (talk) 18:50, 7 April 2014 (UTC)

I don't know who to ask, so I'll just put it here. Would it be all right if I changed the sentence "counting forms and Mega Evolutions that change typing as different Pokémon" to "not counting alternate forms and Mega Evolutions" to make it more clear? TheSilentHero (talk) 13:55, 8 April 2014 (UTC)

Please direct that question to a higher ranking staff member, preferably of the Editorial Board. As a Junior Admin (and a newly admitted one), it's not my job to decide what counts and what does not. Berrenta (talk) 14:08, 8 April 2014 (UTC)

Apologies.....

Sorry for that, i get a bit riled when people I don't know mdify my web pages, and I am a bit of a neat freak, but I will leave those sections be, so moving on do you what I a new user can do to imporve Bulbapedia and how, because I would like to contribute but I already ballsed up a bit on the Poke Ball Factory page... Zallaraxium (talk) 20:19, 14 April 2014 (UTC)

No problem. We are bound to make mistakes sometimes. Even I have done things that I regret. Berrenta (talk) 20:42, 14 April 2014 (UTC)
So moving, what can I do to improve Bulbapedia and how? Zallaraxium (talk) 20:53, 14 April 2014 (UTC)
There are a lot of things that you can do. There are many pages needing more information, some tables may need filling in, some pages needing images (can upload images through the Bulbagarden Archives), and so forth. Be sure to make good quality edits, and I'm sure you can help improve this wiki. Berrenta (talk) 21:25, 14 April 2014 (UTC)

Okay like this?--JasonL (talk)

That looks a lot better. Berrenta (talk) 01:05, 17 June 2014 (UTC)

Double-check a French species?

I grabbed species from the other language wikis that I could, and I ran into an odd difference in French in one case. The French wiki says "Uniflore" for Flabebe's species, but "Uniflor" for Floette's. Could you check if they are in fact different, or if one of those is a typo? Tiddlywinks (talk) 02:05, 22 April 2014 (UTC)

Checked my game, and they both have Uniflore as their species, so the one they have for Floette is a typo. Berrenta (talk) 03:36, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
Cool. Also, when I compared what you'd entered to what the French wiki had, I found a few more discrepancies. Some it seemed safe to decide in favor of the French wiki based on online French-English resources, but some I'm just not confident enough about to summarily judge. If you could check if any of the below were typos on the French wiki too, that'd be a big help. (Right now, I've used what the French wiki said.)
  • You wrote "Écurélec" for Pachirisu, but the French wiki has Ecurélec.
  • You wrote "Évolutif" for Eevee, but the French wiki has Évolution.
  • You wrote "Multiplié" for Reuniclus, but the French wiki has Multiplé.
  • You wrote "Mineral" for Boldore, but the French wiki has Minerai.
  • You wrote "Maternal" for Kangaskhan, but the French wiki has Maternel.
  • You wrote "Vénépic" for the Nidorans, but the French wiki has Venepic.
  • You wrote "Arcenciel" for the Ho-Oh, but the French wiki has Arc-en-ciel.
  • You wrote "Espace" for the Palkia, but the French wiki has Spatial.
Tiddlywinks (talk) 04:43, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
According to my game, which I used to fill in the table, what I put for Kangaskhan's and Boldore's were incorrect, and it is indeed Maternel and Minerai, respectively. What they have for the others that you listed are incorrect. Berrenta (talk) 12:57, 22 April 2014 (UTC)

Not super important but

I'm checking for any changes in the spelling of abilities and there's a French one I don't trust, so I was wondering if you could help? On the French Pokémon website, Bronzor's two abilities are listed as Lévitation and Ignifugé (Heatproof). Since it seems the only difference between what we and everyone else has vs the official website is the é (Ignifuge vs Ignifugé), you wouldn't happen to have a Bronzor/zong in XY with that ability, would you? Kai * the Arc Toraph 12:38, 28 April 2014 (UTC)

According to my game, both Lévitation and Ignifugé are correct spellings. One Friend Safari that I have access to has Bronzong, so I could hunt one down if needed. Berrenta (talk) 14:09, 28 April 2014 (UTC)
Nope, that will do. Thank you very much! :3 Kai * the Arc Toraph 14:16, 28 April 2014 (UTC)

Berry fields numbers

Hi! If you think small numbers should be spelled out, perhaps you would consider contributing to the discussion I started. Alternatively, if you hadn't given it much consideration previously, perhaps my comments there can provide some food for thought.

Besides that, though, since you placed yourself in the middle of a matter I'm somewhat invested in, perhaps I could ask you to make sure staff are aware of my question (if they are not)? I am perpetually anxious about what matters have caught staff attention, and even though I've only just previously added a plea to my discussion on the Manual of Style's talk page, I hope you'll forgive me for attempting a more direct entreaty to you as well. Tiddlywinks (talk) 03:40, 30 April 2014 (UTC)

Well, I did say usually (they are never spelled out in route numbers, when there's multiples of an item, or if there's a numeric range). I will look into your discussion, though. Berrenta (talk) 11:30, 30 April 2014 (UTC)
We decided your edit was right due to consistency, so it's changed back. Sorry for the inconvenience. Berrenta (talk) 00:49, 1 May 2014 (UTC)
I very much appreciate your comment in the discussion and the resolution. Thank you very much. =) Tiddlywinks (talk) 01:53, 1 May 2014 (UTC)

How is the MLP reference unintentional?

Just so you know, I started a discussion on the MLP reference on Talk:List of references to Pokémon in popular culture#Put My Little Pony Back in!. SeanWheeler (talk) 04:16, 3 July 2014 (UTC)

Just because Twilight Sparkle flared up in that manner does not necessarily mean Rapidash. Sometimes fictional characters are seen "on fire" when they're angry. That's why it's not listed. Berrenta (talk) 12:39, 3 July 2014 (UTC)
I know some cartoon characters can flare up when they are angry. May did that once. However, it was the way she flares up and the number of other references in the show that makes me think it was intentional. They couldn't use a Human Torch reference instead? Or just give her a fire aura? Or even drop the anger as it wasn't important to the plot? SeanWheeler (talk) 13:30, 3 July 2014 (UTC)
TS's flareup was never mentioned afterwards, so it's simply an effect. May is another story, as the flame effect was mentioned by another character (iirc, she was called a Fire type). For now, I may ask a higher level sysop about their opinion on the matter. Berrenta (talk) 13:59, 3 July 2014 (UTC)
Can't we continue this discussion on the popular culture talkpage? I only came to you to make sure you came to that talkpage because I wasn't sure if it was on your watchlist. And while Twilight's Rapidash look was never mentioned afterwards, the other ponies looked scared and you can see the lighting reflected on them. And Twilight looked scorched when she calmed down. So there was some kind of reaction from their faces. And when it's simply an effect, that was a JOKE! A JOKE! And do you know what sometimes happens in jokes on TV? References to other properties. SeanWheeler (talk) 15:42, 3 July 2014 (UTC)
For now, staff will be discussing the matter, according to the reply PM97 sent me after I emailed him. When we give the okay, we can add it back. Berrenta (talk) 15:54, 3 July 2014 (UTC)
Nopony is replying anymore. I made a whole list of reasons why it must be a references in Talk:List of references to Pokémon in popular culture#Put My Little Pony Back in!. Sure PM said we're not going to count it as a reference, but since then, I've posted new evidence, plus a whole list of evidence. SeanWheeler (talk) 21:27, 5 July 2014 (UTC)
If we are not counting it, then we are not counting it, end of story. For now, unless if you can provide a director's cut or something like it that verifies that there is indeed a reference in that scene, please refrain from trying to add fluff to your argument. A lot of us are tired of this carrying on, myself included. Berrenta (talk) 02:07, 6 July 2014 (UTC)
Okay, fine. Just tell me how to convert that thumbnail with a caption to a photobucket image. The image's deletion would mess up my comment unless it's from photobucket. The one comparing three images should be easy, but the one thumbnail with the caption of Twilight ranting about how obvious she is? How do I do that with photobucket? SeanWheeler (talk) 04:50, 6 July 2014 (UTC)

(resetting indent)It only works for images uploaded into the Archives, so it's impossible to do that for Photobucket images. Berrenta (talk) 12:55, 6 July 2014 (UTC)

Then my comment will be screwed... I'll look harder for evidence that isn't fan reactions. In the meantime, tell Pinkie Pie it's my birthday! (kidding about Pinkie, but today is July 6, which really is my birthday). SeanWheeler (talk) 14:01, 6 July 2014 (UTC)
Is it smart for a company to admit they ripped off something? It might be hard to find an official source for that reason. Do all the other references on the page have an official source? Did the most blatant references need a source? SeanWheeler (talk) 14:51, 6 July 2014 (UTC)
So if the admins don't want to admit it as a reference and there is no way to give captions to photobucket images, what are we going to do with the Twilight Rapidash image? Are we going to delete it and mess up one of my talkpage comments? Are we going to keep it and let people host the archives for their non-Pokemon images for talk page jokes? Are we going to wait for any further decision? My use of the image for a joke seems to put us at a stalemate. I won't do that again. But we still need to think about what we're going to do. SeanWheeler (talk) 15:42, 8 July 2014 (UTC)
For that, I may ask an archives staff member concerning the fate of that image, because I am not sure myself. Berrenta (talk) 16:25, 8 July 2014 (UTC)
8936643c-a38d-41fc-949d-5a6dd8a41d2a_zps24d7d761.png
This is a photobucket image in a thumbnail.

So on Smash Wiki, I came across the template that lets you put two images in one thumbnail. So I tested the coding on my photobucket version of the Twilight Rapidash image. It seems to work. I replaced both instances of Twilight Rapidash with the photobucket version of her. So now it's safe to delete the image from the archives without messing up my comments. Although I still believe that was an obvious reference. But if I ever meet someone from Hasbro, I am going to ask them about this reference. And that won't be likely until I do a crossover between Flying Boy and My Little Pony. Unless you know how to contact them? SeanWheeler (talk) 01:15, 12 July 2014 (UTC)

So it is possible. My apologies. Will note that for future reference. Berrenta (talk) 13:03, 12 July 2014 (UTC)

French Vivillon distribution text

You added the French distribution text for Fancy Pattern Vivillon, but not the positions of the line breaks. Do you have access to this information? --SnorlaxMonster 17:08, 7 July 2014 (UTC)

I do have my game's language set to French, so I was able to add it firsthand. As for the line breaks, I admit that I have forgot to include them, and since I already got the Fancy Vivillon, I will try and find footage of it. Fortunately, it doesn't take too long, so I will add them in right away. Berrenta (talk) 17:39, 7 July 2014 (UTC)

Battle Effects In Options Page.

I noticed that somebody added the fact that in Generation I, regardless of whether or not battle efefcts are on/off they are displayed in the champion battle against the rival; and I have noticed that before when I played Generation I, but I have cleaned up the section and made it look more presentable but should I leave it there for now? Zallaraxium (talk) 21:29, 11 July 2014 (UTC)

As I don't have access to a Generation I game, I do not have an opinion on the matter. I think we may leave it in for now. Berrenta (talk) 23:21, 11 July 2014 (UTC)

3D models

Could you explain why there aren't any 3D models from X & Y? Ellis99 (talk) 16:37, 12 July 2014 (UTC)

We are trying to gather the 3D models ourselves (as in, without copying from other sites). Eventually we will have them gathered and uploaded, though it will take some time. Berrenta (talk) 18:05, 12 July 2014 (UTC)

Contest combos.

Appeal and jam of Thunder Wave changed (from 2/1 to 1/3 IIRC) in ORAS, so that complicates things further than just adding new moves. Eridanus (talk) 21:28, 11 August 2014 (UTC)

Yeah, sure does. I'll keep an eye out. Thanks for letting me know. Berrenta (talk) 01:34, 12 August 2014 (UTC)

Dub titles

Hey Berrenta. I think it's best to wait a little longer with the dub titles, because of what Adyniz said here. I also asked Pikachu65 where he got the titles from, and he thinks it's also best to wait for now. ☼ BlazingFist ☼ 15:33, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

My apologies. Will go ahead and hold off for now. Berrenta (talk) 15:35, 21 August 2014 (UTC)

Minor Super Smash Bros. update

On the page for the new Super Smash Bros. game regarding Bowser Jr. I was thinking that an invisible note should be put in on how his alternate skins are based around the 7 Koopalings only because of the minor issue that this case has to do with separate characters similar to how the Wii Fit Trainer skins are based on both Male and Female variants. -Tyler53841 (talk) 17:46, 12 September 2014 (UTC)

Will go ahead and add the note. Thanks for the reminder. Berrenta (talk) 18:44, 12 September 2014 (UTC)
And done. However, I decided to list the alts in sub bullets, then used tooltips to indicate that they are alts, in case someone wants to visit their pages. Did the same for Olimar, as he has the Alph alt. Berrenta (talk) 18:55, 12 September 2014 (UTC)
Thanks. While I may have experience with Mario, I have no interest in Pikman. -Tyler53841 (talk) 19:37, 12 September 2014 (UTC)

For Greninja it's Final Smash's name does not have a proper English translation yet which is why I ignored doing it on the update for the Final Smash page. Also I was able to use game footage via Youtube to help with Mega Charizard X's description which I at least want you to know since it was not a simple as Mega Lucario. On another note I was thinking when Charizard receives his own page for the Super Smash Bros. series since it appeared in a every game it would be good to document with a link to Pokémon Trainer's page in the case of Brawl. -Tyler53841 (talk) 21:22, 13 September 2014 (UTC)

I am aware that it's not given an English name yet, but when that's the case, we could use the Japanese name as a placeholder, like what we usually do for a lot of Bulbapedia pages covering characters and locations in the Pokémon media that don't have dub names yet. As for Charizard, there is a page being prepared in the userspace for his appearances in Smash. Rest assured, his Brawl appearance mentions and links to Pokémon Trainer. Berrenta (talk) 22:25, 13 September 2014 (UTC)

Another thing I'd like to bring up with you first regarding trivia potential is that for the new Super Smash Bros. game, much like the original Super Smash Bros., Jigglypuff is the only unlockable character. -Tyler53841 (talk) 00:19, 25 September 2014 (UTC)

That trivia point may not work that well; if the SSB4 character roster gets rearranged to the style the other games' pages implement, the point could be implied by simply looking at the list. Berrenta (talk) 13:58, 25 September 2014 (UTC)

Uploading Pictures

I know this probably gets asked a lot, but I can't find an answer anywhere.. I have some pictures I want to upload(the one I'm trying to upload right now is specifically for Zero Isle Center), and I can't. I tried this probably a month or two ago and found out I needed to be autoconfirmed, and a few days ago I found out that I am now autoconfirmed. Now when I try to upload it tells me "You do not have permission to create new pages." According to the FAQ, I need to be autoconfirmed to upload pictures, and that's it. Am I missing something? I already asked on the forums and got no replies.. so I'd really appreciate it if you can help me. Sorry if you get asked this a lot! Zichqec (talk) 18:24, 8 December 2014 (UTC)

You may need to ask someone else, preferably a Bulbagarden Archives staff member. As I don't upload images a lot, I cannot answer your question. Sorry. Berrenta (talk) 23:50, 8 December 2014 (UTC)
Alright. I'll keep looking. Thanks. Zichqec (talk) 02:06, 9 December 2014 (UTC)

Can't Edit my User page.

Hi, Berrenta! I'll ask something.. why can't I edit it? I already contributed to several articles in the mainspace. Thanks for reading! - unsigned comment from Phiraptor28 (talkcontribs)

You need to be autoconfirmed to create/edit your userpage. I am not allowed to tell you the exact requirements; only thing I can tell you is that you have to have a certain amount of mainspace edits and have the account for a certain length of time. Oh, and be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). Berrenta (talk) 20:31, 11 December 2014 (UTC)

Version-exclusive Pokémon page

Right now a section for ORAS has not been set up yet on that page. I think if a special coding for it were created then I can set up it's own subsection for Gen. VI. -Tyler53841 (talk) 21:41, 18 December 2014 (UTC)

Sorry for the late reply. I was going to set it up when I had the chance, but now I noticed it has been added recently. Berrenta (talk) 17:34, 22 December 2014 (UTC)

Smogon tiers

I've also noticed there is tag for "PU" (and it has been mentioned few times during tier shifts; doesn't stand for anything, apparently). Eridanus (talk) 16:04, 22 December 2014 (UTC)

I'll see about the PU tag. Once I gather up info, I may add it in. Berrenta (talk) 17:34, 22 December 2014 (UTC)
And a quick Google search pointed out that it stands for "Partially Used". I'll make a note of it if it's not there already. Berrenta (talk) 17:36, 22 December 2014 (UTC)
There seems to be conflicts in sources. Partially used was from one source, while others did not denote what the abbreviation meant, or they simply speculated. It will need further research... Berrenta (talk) 17:47, 22 December 2014 (UTC)

OR/AS Locations

Yeah, I agree they're needed, and I've been noticing Lady Ariel going around back-filling some behind me; I'm working on various TM lists and I therefore get notifications about the edits. It might be useful to see from her contributions which ones she has not yet filled in, and I also might go around and do more of that in the future as well. Should be easy going straight from the Route pages as well, so I might look into some locations. Might be even easier than just doing TM/HM lists. LOL CycloneGU (talk) 00:56, 2 January 2015 (UTC)

Yep, pretty much. XD Berrenta (talk) 01:19, 2 January 2015 (UTC)
I realized I already did half the job of compiling this information when I processed data for ORAS encounter rates. So I tweaked that and got me a list of locations for each Pokemon. It's here: User:Tiddlywinks/ORAS Pokemon locations. I'll work on it somewhat (already have), but it's a minor beast, so I'd certainly welcome any help. When we're done, I'll ask for it to be deleted. about the usertags...

magic school bus? --Valehd (tAlk) 18:25, 15 February 2015 (UTC)

Yep, the Seatbelts Everyone tag references The Magic School Bus. There are other just for fun usertags that we have as well. If you want to use that particular one, it's {{User Frizzle}}. Berrenta (talk) 03:05, 16 February 2015 (UTC)

Final Smash trivia update

The first trivia point on that page needs a minor update because of the fact that Hydro Pump and Fire Blast's attack power was slightly reduced in Gen. VI. While I have taken a look at it I am asking for help because you might be able to figure a good way to modify it with better wording than what I could do. -Tyler53841 (talk) 23:46, 7 April 2015 (UTC)

Was going to reword it, but Fire Blast also appears in Charizard's Mega Evolution Final Smash, so had to resort to removing that outdated portion. Thanks for the heads-up. Berrenta (talk) 01:42, 8 April 2015 (UTC)
Correction: Turns out the fireball attack didn't have a known name. I thought it did. Bringing it back with some wording to indicate that they were at the time. Berrenta (talk) 01:47, 8 April 2015 (UTC)
Thanks. Another thing I also considered is that Mega Charizard X is more of a power-up, with both Fire Blast and Dragon Rush being both unnamed and optional to use. That is why I didn't consider it as part of the equation. -Tyler53841 (talk) 04:07, 8 April 2015 (UTC)
