By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Signing

Please remember to always sign your comments. You can sign your comments with 4 tildes (~) or clicking the signature stamp (Signature button.png) on the top of the edit box. It should also be noted that once your comment has been marked as unsigned, you cannot replace it with your signature as it will give off the wrong time stamp. Thank you for taking your time to read this message, have a good day. --Bfdifan2006 12:26, 28 May 2020 (UTC)

Yes, thank-you for the tip. I am new to this encyclopedia. I will keep that in mind, much appreciated.--Cloud9Skywalker (talk) 19:19, 31 May 2020 (UTC)

The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Page button. Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Also, if you want to edit multiple sections of the page, make sure that you click "edit this page" at the top of the page rather than editing it by section. Thanks! --Tiddlywinks (talk) 23:29, 6 June 2020 (UTC)

Second reminder, you need to start using the preview button. You've edited the Galar Route 9 article now 20 times. If you continue to multi-edit articles a lot of time, you will need to be put on force-preview. G50 00:03, 7 June 2020 (UTC)
Oh! I am so sorry. I got caught up editing the page and adding information that I failed to notice your messages. I'm very new to editing on this website, sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused. My intention was not to clog up the Recent Changes history. I hope you can understand, I will be taking your suggestions under consideration moving forward. I am still learning the intricacies of this domain and how to properly edit. Otherwise, I hope the webmasters are happy with the resources and information I have been contributing. It's a whole lot and I took a lot of time to contribute what I have thus far! Thank-you again! --Cloud9Skywalker (talk) 00:40, 7 June 2020 (UTC)
That's okay, since you're new I'd recommend checking out everything in the welcome template, it will help you out. If you ever have any questions, we are happy to help as well. Forcepreview will be in place for awhile, but as long as you don't edit a page too much in the future, it will be removed when that time comes. G50 01:10, 7 June 2020 (UTC)
Alright, no problem. I'm not familiar with Forcepreview, is it essentially what the title states? I am forced to preview edits before I am able to post them?--Cloud9Skywalker (talk) 01:17, 7 June 2020 (UTC)
When you edit, it will show you a preview of what your edits will look like before you are able to save them. G50 01:40, 7 June 2020 (UTC)
