No, there were not block over pettiness. They were blocked because they were the same user that added the trivia in the first place and showed the same kind of defiance/aggression against the staff. Users should not create another account to circumvent a block. And you having made an account very recently and your first edit was to make that comment makes you suspicious. Could you verify that you are not the same person? otherwise you may be blocked as well.--ForceFire 18:47, 6 February 2021 (UTC)

I don't know anything about them but am a long-time lurker. I most certainly don't share the same IP address, if you are able to check. I also don't think the tenor of that user was aggressive - I think his concern was sincere - which is why it scared me enough to register and comment despite being a lurker. --Duskdawn (talk) 18:52, 6 February 2021 (UTC)
