Quick note

I noticed that you were saying that you couldn't edit Volcanion's page. This is because certain pages are protected so editing is restricted from non autoconfirmed users (another way of saying new users). It'll take a little bit of time, but keep on editing and pretty soon, you'll be able to gain the rights to edit those particular pages and other privileges like creating your userpage.
