Welcome to Bulbapedia, Kittystyler!

By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Grammar

Please make sure to check your grammar when making edits in the future. A lot of your recent edits tend to break the flow of the sentences you were editing or just add unnecessary information. As such, your edits have been reverted. Thank you. Ataro (talk) 16:57, 1 December 2016 (UTC)

Again, please be sure that what you write has good grammar and sounds natural. I don't mean to be rude, but I see your edits frequently on the Recent Changes, and they're often worse than the text that was on the page before you came. I urge you to improve your grasp on the English language so that your edits don't keep getting reverted. Sorry for my bluntness, and thanks for your consideration. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 02:03, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
You should definitely heed this warning. You're not doing any favors with your edits. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 03:17, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
Let me clarify: This was not a warning, and I certainly don't have any authority to give warnings. It's just a plea from a fellow editor who wants Bulbapedia to be the best it can be. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 03:47, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
Well, I'm warning him now. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 04:00, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
You don't have the authority to issue warnings either, GrammarFreak01. Tiddlywinks (talk) 10:05, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
Well, I'm getting sick of his writing style. He needs to know somehow that someone disapproves. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 16:09, 12 January 2017 (UTC)

Let me please urge you again not to edit prose sections unless you can write proper English. Your writing is incredibly full of errors and it's a chore to read and fix. I assume you're not a native English speaker. May I suggest that you edit one of our partner wikis in your native language instead of continuing to do damage to the English wiki? Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 15:06, 25 May 2017 (UTC)

The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Page button. Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Also, if you want to edit multiple sections of the page, make sure that you click "edit this page" at the top of the page rather than editing it by section. Thanks! --ForceFire 03:52, 17 December 2016 (UTC)

Please use the Preview Button

Please use it, especially if you're going to make 8 edits in a single day. Playerking95 (talk) 05:41, 24 December 2016 (UTC)

Edit Warring

Hey there, over the past couple of weeks I've noticed you've been adding variations of the same sentence repeatedly on a variety of pages after other editors have removed them. This is considered edit warring, which is disruptive to the overall editing process on Bulbapedia. If you disagree with the edits that someone else has made, please contact that user on their talk page or discuss the issue on the talk page of the article(s) that the dispute is on. Continuing to edit war after this warning will result in a block. Thank you --Pokemaster97 23:45, 1 January 2017 (UTC)

This is a pretty important warning. If you do not want to risk getting blocked, you should heed it. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 05:42, 8 January 2017 (UTC)

Filling in whole sections

If you're going to write entire episode plots and fill in other empty sections, at least do it right. Get a spell-checker and proofread. I'm sorry, but your writing style right now is awful. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 17:49, 9 March 2017 (UTC)

Hidden notes

If an article has a commented out note clearly stating NOT to do something, do not just outright ignore it and even remove the note, like you did on Kiawe's Marowak. There's a discussion going on regarding those moves, and the current decision is to keep them hidden until explicit confirmation, so please abide by it. Thanks. --Carmen (Talk | contribs) 14:44, 24 July 2017 (UTC)

Your edits

I see that your edits have been frequently undone on the basis of bad grammar. I think that's supposed to be a sign. Perhaps you should heed it and check your grammar. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 18:54, 1 August 2017 (UTC)

Your edits are still being undone by various people due to grammar related reasons. Please try using the Preview button or personally double checking the edit by reading or saying it aloud to see if it sounds proper. If in doubt, you can always ask a member of the staff for help or in regards to edits. Have a good weekend :) Frozen Fennec 14:21, 3 August 2017 (UTC)
Once again, your recent edit at Ash Ketchum has been undone, with the editor expressing clear annoyance at you. I really hope you're seeing the messages you're getting from all of us, because there's a bad pattern going on here and it honestly needs to be fixed. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 19:44, 26 August 2017 (UTC)
As I have tried to tactfully suggest before, perhaps you would be more comfortable editing one of our partner wikis in your native language? Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 19:53, 26 August 2017 (UTC)
Judging by your recent edits to Ash's Litten and Snowy, it seems you are not cut out to write in the English language, at least not yet (in which case, I highly recommend following Pumpkin's suggestion as detailed above). It also seems like you have no idea that talk pages exist (or you're just plain out ignoring us on purpose), otherwise you would've responded with something by now, what with all these messages we've been sending you. In which case, I'm just talking to thin air. Great. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 05:35, 9 September 2017 (UTC)

In regards to this edit, please use the preview button before you save your edits. That way you don't need to undo them if you make a mistake. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 06:53, 2 February 2018 (UTC)

I had to improve the edits you made to the Alain article. There was a number of misspelling and grammatical errors, not to mention some sentences were too long and needed to be split. Please try and get yourself educated in the English language, if you haven't done so already. It's pretty clear you have some difficulties in it. Otherwise, follow the suggestion of Pumpkinking0192 (talkcontribs). GrammarFreak01 (talk) 02:31, 8 April 2018 (UTC)

PLEASE listen to the advice given to you by other editors. It does not do your track record well if your edits keep getting undone by other users, just like they were on the Ash Ketchum and Ash's Pikachu articles. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 19:21, 8 April 2018 (UTC)
Listen to the others, because I can assure you'll be blocked like Erica124 (talkcontribs) here. She also didn't read her talk page, nor obeyed any orders, and you are following suit. ¿¡Unowninator?! (talk) 19:30, 8 April 2018 (UTC)
With that kind of behavior from both of them, I'm honestly starting to suspect the accounts are related. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 19:48, 8 April 2018 (UTC)
Wouldn't the staff detect that kind of thing almost immediately though? ¿¡Unowninator?! (talk) 20:49, 8 April 2018 (UTC)
I'm not sure. Would they? GrammarFreak01 (talk) 20:52, 8 April 2018 (UTC)

I'm not going to stop messaging you until you answer to edits like these, which are being constantly undone for good reasons. I know you can see the message alerts, so you might as well come clean to us. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 00:05, 25 April 2018 (UTC)

You're not going to have a good future editing here if you keep up with those unnecessary and grammatically incorrect edits. Please respond to this. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 02:36, 22 December 2018 (UTC)

Hapu

I saw that you added to Hapu's page that she told Ash that she will give him a grand trial that he won't forget. No where did she say that, so please do not make things up if you don't know what was said. Playerking95 (talk) 15:09, 11 February 2019 (UTC)

Comparisons to other main characters' Pokémon

There's no need to draw comparisons between the Alola main cast's Pokémon and the Pokémon belonging to former main characters, as you've recently been doing. Please heed the reversions and not make any similar edits without discussing it on the talk page. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 04:02, 14 February 2019 (UTC)

Main character histories

Please do not chronicle every last episode a main character appears in, because that will make the history section unnecessarily lengthy. Save it for episodes in which the character in question has a MAJOR ROLE. And for the last time, please take a look at your English use. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 03:06, 15 February 2019 (UTC)

Photos

There's no need to post all those photos in the main character articles' history sections. Doing so will make all those sections unnecessarily clunky. Leave those photos in the relevant articles, i.e. Key Stone, Z-Ring, etc. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 03:14, 18 February 2019 (UTC)

Personality and characteristics sections

Please stop adding information on the "Personality and characteristics" sections of certain Pokémon articles. Much of it is superfluous and redundant, such as when you keep bringing up friendships ([1], [2], [3]). Not to mention the information is poorly written and formatted. If you want to successfully contribute, you might want to brush up on your English skills and take a hard look at how others are writing those sections and others. Thank you. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 20:18, 3 March 2019 (UTC)

Block

Since you have received five messages, all within the first three months of the year, regarding your edits, you clearly haven't read your talk page. Most of your edits are either unnecessary or filled with errors. If you want to continue to edit here, please read your talk page and take the messages on it seriously, improve your editing skills. If you have time to create you userpage, then you definitely have time to read your talk page and acknowledge the messages. If you do not respond to this message and acknowledge the other messages on this talk page by the time you come back, then the next time you make a problematic edit, I won't be so lenient. Thank you.--ForceFire 04:21, 4 March 2019 (UTC)

SM104 title

You keep writing the SM104 dub title wrong. It's "spicy", not "spice". --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 18:11, 5 April 2019 (UTC)

Your English use

Please brush up on your English if you wish to keep contributing without any problems. It's quite infuriating, weeding out all of the mistakes you make and correcting them. And I need you to respond to this; you haven't used your talk page or any other at all during your time here. I want to hear your input. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 18:26, 7 April 2019 (UTC)

Personality and characteristics sections, again

Once again you're adding superfluous information to the "Personality and characteristics" sections of certain articles. There is no need for any of that from where I'm standing. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 05:13, 10 April 2019 (UTC)

And you're still adding unnecessary information to those sections! ([4] [5] [6]) There's a reason users have been reverting those edits. If you feel this information is important to the articles, please discuss the reasons why with me, FinnishPokéFan92, and Rahl. Talking it through will definitely help you avoid getting blocked again. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 21:10, 12 April 2019 (UTC)
Please stop adding generic information about "friendship" to the character sections of various pages, it doesn't add anything to these pages. If you are wanting to make great additions or changes to these pages consider if such details are needed and if it is unique enough to be mentioned. There are many examples of well constructed character sections of Gym Leaders and many of the Pokémon characters from the older series to act as a guide. PardescanSlowbro (talk) 15:06, 18 April 2019 (UTC)

Major events info

Please don't add unsupported information like you did here. Clearly it's unsupported if another user reverted your edit moments later. If you disagree, take it to the talk page, please. Thank you. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 04:02, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

Actually, I think that particular piece of added info was completely valid. I have no idea why Rahl removed it. --FinnishPokéFan92 (talk) 07:16, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

Please...

There's a reason why your edits keep getting reverted. Either take it as a sign to reevaluate your editing style, or (if you're so insistent) discuss those edits with users on THE TALK PAGE. I implore you to pay attention to what other users are trying to say to you! GrammarFreak01 (talk) 19:28, 18 April 2019 (UTC)

Your edit to Lana (anime)

Please don't do what you did here again. There's absolutely no need to re-position photos, remove links, or provide more examples of Lana's friendship with Pokémon. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 03:16, 30 April 2019 (UTC)

Linking Pokémon articles

Whenever you link a Pokémon article, always use the {{p}} template to avoid leaving behind a redirect. For example, {{p|Kyogre}} is the correct usage, not [[Kyogre]]. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 02:54, 6 May 2019 (UTC)

Your edits as of late

Please pay close attention.

  1. DO NOT re-position photos and simplify their captions unless you've got a good reason for doing so. If you have a good reason for doing so, please explain it in the edit summary or on the talk page of another user. Re-positioning all of those photos and simplifying their captions is absolutely unnecessary from where I'm standing. Please respond if you think you were in the right here, because I would like to know why. Don't revert immediately.
  2. I've created "In the anime" sections for human and Pokémon characters in order to better distinguish the anime content from the non-anime content featured in the same articles, i.e. manga and TCG. Please don't turn the "Character/Personality and characteristics" and "Moves used" subsections, otherwise it messes up the format.

I urge you to use the talk page before you make drastic edits such as those. There are some things that need to be talked over first. Thank you. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 03:06, 10 May 2019 (UTC)

Indefinite block

Hello, as you have shown to be unable to co-operate with other users and made another account to make similar edits with, you have been indefinitely blocked on Bulbapedia. You have many messages from other users asking for you to improve your edits or not to make unnecessary edits, and seeing how you came back from your block to repeat those edits, you have not even glanced at your talk page during the block. Users are expected to co-operate with one another to solve issues. You also made another account, which is also against the rules, as users are only allowed one account each. Thank you.--ForceFire 04:37, 13 May 2019 (UTC)
