Talk page etiquette

Please try to avoid leaving consecutive comments on talk pages, as it interrupts anybody who may be trying to respond. Additionally, please remember to indent your comments so that the discussion is easy to follow. Thank you. Landfish7 15:31, 26 April 2024 (UTC)

Sorry, I will keep that in mind. What if I want to add something? Do I need to wait? Mego17 (talk) 15:33, 26 April 2024 (UTC)
I would recommend previewing your comments and being sure about what you want to say in order to prevent the need to immediately add another comment. If you absolutely must leave another clarifying comment, you can do so, though waiting a bit could be courteous, but this should still be limited where possible. By the way, to indent your comment, add a colon (:). When replying add additional colons to indent further. For example, I've indented your reply for you by adding a colon before your comment, and I have indented this reply by adding two colors. Your reply to this comment should then have three colons. Once the discussion reaches about 6 or 7 colons, you can reset the indent by adding {{indent}} to the beginning of your comment instead. Landfish7 15:39, 26 April 2024 (UTC)
