Please mind your language, you can easily ask a question without resorting to swearing. You should be able to edit the mainspace, if you want to edit the userspace, you have to be autoconfirmed. To become autoconfirmed, you must be a user on the site for some time and make a certain amount of mainspace edits, the mainspace is any article that doesn't not have a prefix. Secondly, you may not remove the welcome template per Talk page policy. Lastly, you seem to have made another account, users are only allowed one account each, so the other account has been blocked.
