Speculation

there is no proof that Giovanni's Persian is the reason for why Shiny Persian appear as they do, and there is no proof that Pachirisu can get the same cold as Pikachu did in EP030 (and if there was, it wouldnt go under behavior anyway). facts only. -- MAGNEDETH 21:05, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

They can, actually, according to the anime - you know, the one you don't watch. ;) I think it happened in DP094, if memory serves?? But it's a moot point, since it was in the wrong section.
