Rarity

Please stop changing the rarity on Pokémon articles. The rarity is set in the games and cannot be changed. Also, please do not revert back an edit that had just been removed. Okay, this is your second warning. Stop adding the rarity to Pokémon articles without evidence from the game's programming. We don't base rarity off personal experience because that's solely based on luck and can be completely different for everyone.
