Some gen VIII additions

This is really well done, I've been trying to do something similar and hadn't even considered the spot tracking "One Pokemon" effects. There are a few new ones added in gen VIII though that need including, One Side of Field needs a new category for G-Max moves (G-Max Vine Lash, G-Max Wildfire, G-Max Cannonade, and G-Max Volcalith) and there's the new entry hazard Sharp Steel. Also, its probably worth mentioning Court Change which is capable of swapping all One Side of Field effects (other than the Team Protections). I'd do the edits myself but I can't edit userspace.
