Move images
Nice work with the Platinum updates :D. If you have any more, feel free to upload a new version of the existing image. たかはりい 08:38, 28 August 2010 (UTC)
- Have you got a photobucket/imageshack etc account? try uploading the new move images there and then we can replace the exisitng ones on the archives. It helps keep the archives tidy. たかはりい 09:04, 28 August 2010 (UTC)
- Uh... Can I just use the BMGf Albums? I'm pretty new at this... --Turtwig Lover 09:04, 28 August 2010 (UTC)
About not being able to upload over images
Make sure your e-mail and autoconfirmed, and check your e-mail. Besides that, you might have to wait some time before the ability to upload over images is added to your account. Try making productive edits to the Archives (as in not creating talk pages for the files on Bulbapedia, but rather on the Archives) —♥ Jellotalk 13:19, 28 August 2010 (UTC)
Ur black and white uploads for attacks...
I don't believe we're supposed to use or even upload black and white images yet for attacks because of piracy concerns by nintendo and pokemon inc. --+ Joeshie + (is Mæ!) 01:44, 18 October 2010 (UTC))
- Uh no, it's perfectly fine to upload images for that. There are no "piracy concerns by Nintendo" —♥ Jellotalk 01:46, 18 October 2010 (UTC)
- Did bulbapedia not receive cease and desist letters? At least other sites, such as serebii have right? --+ Joeshie + (is Mæ!) 01:47, 18 October 2010 (UTC)
- No. Even if they did, they're using the images and sprites now. Nintendo wasn't worried about them using game screenshots but rather the photographs that were leaking by the hundreds. —♥ Jellotalk 01:49, 18 October 2010 (UTC)
- You're right; after I posted that, I checked and they were using them. And ooohhhhh. --+ Joeshie + (is Mæ!) 01:53, 18 October 2010 (UTC)
