Does 30 damage plus 20 more damage for each Energy attached to Vaporeon but not used to pay for this attack's Energy cost. You can't add more than 40 damage in this way.

Release information

This card was released in POP Series 3, originating as one of the Japanese PCG-P Promotional cards. In Japan, it was available as part of a Meiji Chocolate campaign in October 2005. A Cosmos Holofoil version of the English print was available in a Vaporeon Blister Pack released in November 2006, and again as part of the Enhanced Value Pack in June 2007.
