Victor (EP067)
Victor (Japanese: ビンセント Vincent) is a character of the day who appeared in The Pi-Kahuna.
Victor lived on Seafoam Island with his Pikachu, nicknamed Puka. Puka would always sit on the edge of a cliff, trying to detect Humungadunga (Japanese: ビッグ・チューズデー Big Tuesday), a huge wave that legendary surfer Jan surfed on many years before. Jan had once told Victor that he could surf the wave if he really tried and gifted him his own surfboard.
Victor trained for years with Puka until he finally felt he could conquer Humungadunga. Ash and his friends happened to be on Seafoam Island when Victor was about to surf Humungadunga. The wave hit the island, and Victor successfully rode it with Puka by his side. After achieving his goal, he kept the tradition alive and reiterated Jan's own words to some young surfers on the beach.

Puka has the unique ability to sense when waves are coming and he and Victor have been able to use this sense to ride every big wave that's come ashore, including the famous Humungadunga

Trivia
- Victor's Japanese name, along with Puka's Japanese name (Michael) and Jan's name, are a reference to Hollywood actor Jan-Michael Vincent, the lead actor of the movie Big Wednesday, from which their starring episode takes inspiration.
