Happy Luck is one of the four 2010 World Championships decks. It was built by one of the senior finalists, Mychael Bryan.
Strategy

Felicity's Drawing allows you to draw up to 4 cards while discarding Magikarp, which sets up the "Tail Revenge" attack. Sableye allows you to go first as well as discard Magikarp, and Luxray GL LV.
