(Japanese: ヒガキシティ Higaki City) is an anime-exclusive location in Unova. It is a city located near Opelucid City. As the site of the Higaki Conference, it features facilities for competing Trainers similar to previous league locations.

The city was first mentioned by Cynthia in BW098 to inform Ash on the location of the League. Ash and company arrives here in BW103. While signing up for the league, Ash meets up with Trip, Bianca, Stephan, and Virgil again. He also sees Kotetsu outside, who is camping out for the league. Realizing the he hasn't signed up, Ash dragged and brought him to Nurse Joy for registration.
