Radley (Japanese: ラウル Raul) is a character of the day who appeared in Curtain Up, Unova League!. He participated in the Vertress Conference and was Stephan's first opponent. However, he was defeated by him and eliminated from the tournament.

Braviary is the only Pokémon Radley is known to have on hand. He was used in the first round of the Vertress Conference but lost to Stephan's Zebstrika.
