The anime in Croatia was dubbed from Pokémon: Indigo League to Pokémon: Advanced and aired on Nova TV and Mini TV. The other seasons was not dubbed until Pokémon: Black & White aired on Nova TV in Croatian in 2014, dubbed by Project 6 Studio. Anything beyond was never dubbed as of now.

The first movie was dubbed in Croatian with the title Pokémon Prvi film. The special movie Pokemon: Povratak Mevtvoa aired as well. The second movie has been dubbed with the title Pokémon 2000. The fourth is translated as Pokémon Zauvijek: Celebi - Glas Šume. The sixth and the seventh are named Jirachi - Ispuni mi Želju and Sudbina Deoxysa. No theme is dubbed but remains in English.
