Shore Up (Japanese: すなあつめ Sand Gather) is a non-damaging Ground-type move introduced in Generation VII. It is the signature move of Sandygast and Palossand.

Shore Up restores the user's current HP based on the weather in the battle. Normal conditions restore ½ total HP and sandstorm conditions restore more HP.
If powered up by a Groundium Z into Z-Shore Up, all of the user's lowered stats are reset.
