Magic Powder (Japanese: まほうのこな Magic Powder) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Generation VIII. It is the signature move of Hatterene.

Effect

Magic Powder changes the target's type to pure Psychic. The effect lasts as long as the target remains in battle; however, changing form or transforming overrides the effect.

Magic Powder fails if the target is already a pure Psychic type, or if used on a Pokémon with Multitype or RKS System.
