Poltergeist (Japanese: ポルターガイスト Poltergeist) is a damage-dealing Ghost-type move introduced in Generation VIII.
Effect
Poltergeist deals damage if the target is holding an item. If used when the target is not holding an item, Magic Room is active, or the target's Ability is Klutz, the move fails.
If used on a Pokémon weak to Ghost-type moves holding a Kasib Berry, Poltergeist will still do damage after the Kasib Berry has been eaten, but the damage dealt is halved.
