Route 3

After you have returned from the Isle of Armor, it's time to resume the main story. Along the way you will meet up with Sonia who will show you a Power Plant across the route where Rose manufactures much of Galar's energy. There will also be a camp nearby that you can visit, which can also function as a Fly spot. You will meet a handful of Trainers along the way that you can battle as well.

At the end of the route lies the entrance to the Galar Mine. There will be an NPC near the entrance who can heal your Pokémon.

Galar Mine

Traverse this mine to reach Route 4. There will be more Trainers and a handful of Pokémon along the way. At the end of the route, you will meet Bede, the smug Trainer you met at the Motostoke Stadium, where he will challenge you to a battle after talking down to you.

Route 4

After leaving the Galar Mine and defeating Bede, now you are at Route 4. There will be a handful of Trainers along the way, and while walking on the Route a Wooloo will bump into you, and a man named Milo will appear and apologize. He reveals himself to be Turffield's Gym Leader.
