Mysterial (Japanese: ミステリオ Mysterio) is the tenth and final Colosseum leader and the fourth Colosseum Master in Pokémon Battle Revolution. He is the head of Stargazer Colosseum and the Master of Masters. Mysterial is an expert illusionist, being seen using multiple tricks in battle, such as levitating his Poké Balls when sending his Pokémon into battle and doing a unique vanishing trick at the end of the battle if being defeated.

Mysterial is the only Pokémon Trainer to have the Trainer classes Pokétopia Master (Japanese: ポケトピアマスター Pokétopia Master) and Master of Masters (Japanese: マスターオブマスター Master of Masters). After the player defeats him in the Pokétopia Championship, the title "Pokétopia Master" is unlocked for Custom Passes. (In order for this, he must be defeated in one try, or the player just obtains the crown)
