• Get Inspired! Let's Solve a Poké Riddle!!: Mr. Rime
• This is the first episode of Pokémon Journeys: The Series in which Goh does not make an appearance in any capacity, including flashbacks.
• This episode marks the first time a Mega Evolved Pokémon is seen being recalled to its Poké Ball in the anime.
• Despite having first appeared in Search for the Clubultimate!, this is the first time Dragon Tail’s secondary effect of switching out the opposing Pokémon is seen.
• This is the first time multiple Pokémon are returned to the same Poké Ball: Leon's Dragapult and its two Dreepy.
