The Rainbow Pass (Japanese: レインボーパス Rainbow Pass) is a Key Item introduced in Generation III.

The Rainbow Pass allows the player to travel via the Seagallop ferries between Vermilion City's port and the Sevii Islands.
The player must have previously obtained the Tri-Pass, which grants access to One Island, Two Island, and Three Island. Once the Rainbow Pass is obtained as well, the player will also have access to Four Island, Five Island, Six Island, and Seven Island.
The player is required to own the Rainbow Pass in order to use the event-only AuroraTicket or MysticTicket, to travel to the Birth Island and Navel Rock, respectively.

In My, My, My Mimic, Red and Blue each obtained a Rainbow Pass sent to them by Bill, using them to board the Seagallop Ferry to Four Island.
In Going Green, Green was revealed to have obtained her Tri-Pass and Rainbow Pass prior to the chapter in order to travel to the Sevii Islands and catch Moltres on Mt. Ember.
