Redirect and sample of nowiki text
Example below redirects to Onix. Sample page of a redirect page here: [1]
- REDIRECT Onix (Pokémon)
Copy + paste text below for creating a redirect (excluding the quotation marks). Below example is how nowiki code is used.
#REDIRECT [[Onix (Pokémon)]]
Table obtained from User:Rockapheller/Brandt
When some items have a sprite on Bulbapedia that is not renamed based on the generation, the Pokémon/ number can be changed to the generation the item appears.
For example, the Calm Mint file is named "File:Bag Calm Mint Sprite.png". It will be linked to File:Bag Calm Mint SV Sprite.png if Pokémon/9 is applied. However, no such file name exists and the only way to view the item sprite is renaming the Pokémon/ part to Pokémon/8.
Amended version where Template under Kilowattrel is Pokémon/8 instead of /9

Second table where the Pokémon/9 remains. Note the sprite of the Calm Mint and its link under Kilowattrel.

Adding alternate forms in specific templates
Below are Pokémon that usually have mistakes in table formatting. Template below also shows how to format regional variants such as Galarian Pokémon. The |ms="National dex number" part of the code means that alternate dex numbers can be put in the display column while the code in the ms= line is what will be used to find the National Pokédex number instead as seen in the table below. This is because the ordinary display column will not display values such as 263G for Galarian Zigzagoon for example.
