The Decidium Z (Japanese: ジュナイパーZ Junaiper Z) is a type of Z-Crystal introduced in Pokémon Sun and Moon. It is a Pokémon-specific Z-Crystal associated with Decidueye and allows it to upgrade its Spirit Shackle into the special Z-Move Sinister Arrow Raid.

In battle
Allows Decidueye (or a Pokémon transformed into Decidueye) to upgrade its Spirit Shackle into the special Z-Move Sinister Arrow Raid.
Unaffected by item negating effects (such as Embargo and Klutz). Item manipulating effects (such as Trick and Fling) cannot remove a Z-Crystal from a Pokémon.
Rayquaza cannot Mega Evolve if it holds a Z-Crystal.
Outside of battle
A held Decidium Z is automatically removed if the Pokémon is traded between players.

In the anime
A Decidium Z first appeared in Imitation Is the Sincerest Form of Strategy!, where Hau was revealed to own one during his battle against Ash at the Manalo Conference. He can use it in conjunction with his Decidueye to perform Sinister Arrow Raid.
