Effect
The Feather Ball can be used to catch Pokémon. It can be thrown farther than a regular Poké Ball and travels quickly in a straight line instead of flying in an arc, allowing the player to catch faraway and flying Pokémon more easily. If used on specific flying encounters (not including regular encounters that happen to be flying), it attempts to catch the Pokémon with a catch rate modifier of 1.25×. Otherwise, it has a 1× modifier.

- Main article: Feather Ball (Astral Radiance 141)
Feather Ball was introduced as an Item card in the Pokémon Trading Card Game during the English Sword & Shield Series (the Japanese Sword & Shield Era). It was first released in the Japanese Time Gazer expansion and the English Astral Radiance expansion, with artwork by Studio Bora Inc. It allows the player to search their deck for a Pokémon that has no Retreat Cost, reveal it, and put it into their hand.
