In the spin-off games
Pokémon UNITE
In Pokémon UNITE, the Rocky Helmet is a held item that causes recoil to nearby enemies after taking damage equal or greater than 10% max HP in one strike (with a cooldown of 2s). This damage is equal to 3/4/5% of user's max HP at grades 1, 10, and 20 respectively. This item also increases user's HP and Defense: 18 and 0 respectively at Grade 1, and 270 and 51 at Grade 30.
In the anime
In Under the Pledging Tree!, a Rocky Helmet was one of the items offered to Ash by a market vendor in Coumarine City after Ash had wondered out loud what presents he should buy for an upcoming festival.

- Main article: Rocky Helmet (Noble Victories 94)
Rocky Helmet was introduced as a Pokémon Tool card in the Pokémon Trading Card Game during the English Black & White Series (the Japanese BW Era) in the Noble Victories expansion (the Japanese Red Collection), with artwork by Ryo Ueda. It was reprinted as both a Regular and an Ultra Rare Secret card in the English Boundaries Crossed expansion with artwork by the same illustrator. During the English Sword & Shield Series (the Japanese SWSH Era) the card was reprinted in the Vivid Voltage expansion (the Japanese Legendary Heartbeat subset) with artwork by Studio Bora Inc. For the Scarlet & Violet Series (Era in Japan), Rocky Helmet was reprinted again with artwork by Ayaka Yoshida. This print features the new Trainer card layout and Pokémon Tool card category introduced at the start of this Series. When this card is attached to the player's Active Pokémon, if an opponent deals damage to that Pokémon (even if it is Knocked Out), the player can put two damage counters on the Attacking Pokémon.
