Piercing Gaze is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
Details
In most circumstances, the user's moves cannot miss, regardless of the move's accuracy, the user's accuracy, or the opponent's evasiveness. However, if an opponent is using Fly, Bounce, Phantom Force, or Shadow Force, the user's moves will fail to hit that opponent.
