It is the second main expansion from the BW Era of the Pokémon Card Game in Japan. The set continues to feature Generation V Pokémon in the card game.

Noble Victories is the name given to the third main expansion of the Black & White Series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. In Japan, it was released as Red Collection, the second expansion in the Pokémon Card Game BW Era. It is based on Pokémon Black and White, featuring Generation V Pokémon and the Victory Pokémon Victini. The English expansion was released on November 16, 2011, while the Japanese expansion was released on July 15, 2011.

Noble Victories contains all cards from the Red Collection, as well as all Victini decks' cards, and a select few cards from Psycho Drive and Hail Blizzard.

A new mechanic for Fossil Pokémon was introduced, named Restored Pokémon. In order to play a Restored Pokémon, the player must first play the respective Fossil card, search the bottom seven cards of their deck for the corresponding Pokémon, and then put it onto their Bench.
