Many of the trainers within Celestial tower appear to rotate clockwise 90° (Or until they are facing an open space, should they be against a wall), whenever the player presses the 'B' button. :Pressing the B-button when around cyclists and bikers cause them to speed up. It's not a specific characteristic and is most likely certain trainers are programmed to react to the player's possible acceleration (and seemingly not limited to trainers who turn 90 degrees). Hitting the B-button just triggers it regardless of actual movement, so the trainers are ready if you attempt to run past them. And remember, sign your comments with <nowiki>~~~~</nowiki>. == Detailed profile for Humilau City trainers (Post-game) ==
Hello, when I was playing Pokémon Black 2, I noticed that the [[Celestial Tower#Post-Hall of Fame|four trainers]] uses "special" moves that other NPC trainers would not normally use. Generally, ordinary trainers (not Gym leaders, Rivals, other notable major characters) use Pokémons with moves based on their level-up learnsets. However, that does not seem the case for the four trainers as Ilse's [[Lopunny]] using [[Thunder Wave]] or [[Kangaskhan]] using [[Earthquake]] which can only be done with [[TM]]s. Therefore, I propose using {{template|Party/Single}} for these trainers, which would look like:

Although this would remove Japanese names, by showing the detailed moves, players can prepare what move would come out from these trainers when battling in the Tower. [[User:Ashley5478|Ashley5478]] ([[User talk:Ashley5478|talk]]) 15:53, 2 March 2023 (UTC)
== Rotating Trainers ==
There was already an entry here in the talk page about a decade ago about this, but it was (in my opinion) unfairly dismissed. The mechanic is extremely unusual and not seen elsewhere. We're not talking about trainers turning to face you when you run (which is standard). We are talking about trainers who stare in one direction forever and will never change directions no matter how long you wait, but that you can force to turn (simultaneously with every other trainer in the room) simply by pressing B. They don't turn to face you if you happen to be nearby, they just rotate. I think this definitely warrants a trivia entry.
It applies to the Psychics on 3F and Ace Trainers on 4F.--[[User:Goukazaru|Gou]] ([[User talk:Goukazaru|talk]]) 04:50, 30 August 2023 (UTC)

Music

i think it should be mentioned that the music in this area sounds a lot like a background music in the lengend of Zelda a Link to the past. Is it only me that thinks it does?

Arceusrules 11:46, 28 April 2011 (UTC)

Only if it really does actually sound similar. Not just a 5 sec portion of the song. I would ask someone of a higher authority though. :] Han Ji-Wan 13:54, 28 April 2011 (UTC)
Route 1 freakin reminds me of Zelda for crying out loud. But you gotta be specific, which LOZ:LTTP theme?--ForceFire 14:00, 28 April 2011 (UTC)
in an overworld castle. Listen to the music in castle 1 for example! Arceusrules 14:21, 28 April 2011 (UTC)
So its not worth to be in the trivia?... ok...--Arceusrules 15:55, 30 November 2011 (UTC)
Nah, not really. --SnorlaxMonster 14:14, 3 January 2012 (UTC)

Incorrect Alder Info

I'm almost completely certain that Alder will be there as soon as you can climb the tower, not at the end of the game. Though I assume like Juniper, unless he's actually somewhere else at the time, he'll show up at the twoer if yovue never seen him there. (Note: With juniper she'll often say shes giong off to do such and such, but will remain at her lab until the story moves her.) Ill update the page to this in a bit, but want to see if anyoen can confirm? PowerPlantRaichu 07:38, 17 October 2011 (UTC)

Well it's not on the first climb because Skyla is there. I don't know about after that and before Ghetsis is defeated. --ケンジガール 07:50, 17 October 2011 (UTC)
Just checked. He's not there. I had just arrived in Opelucid City too. --ケンジガール 08:04, 17 October 2011 (UTC)
